The hen lays and egg from which a chicken hatches.
Sheep provides us with wool from which we can knit a jumper.
Wheat is ground into folour from which we can make bread.
The caterpillar goes to sleep in a cocoon and wakes as a butterfly.
 
A special feature of the puzzles is that they have been designed to be a self correting exercise as variations in each puzzle mean that they will not fit together incorrectly.
